Job Description
Requirements

16+ years of overall professional experience, with a strong focus on delivering large-scale, complex programs within the Retail and CPG domain.

Proven track record of overseeing end-to-end delivery for multi-million-dollar accounts in a global or distributed delivery model.

Demonstrated experience managing P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for an account.

Extensive background in handling large, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams.

Deep expertise in managing enterprise-level customers, including building and sustaining strategic relationships at senior leadership levels.

Strong experience in pre-sales activities, including leading new sales leads, responding to RFPs, reviewing contractual documents, and converting opportunities into active customers.

Solid understanding of delivery governance, quality standards, and best practices across the project lifecycle.

Proven ability to define delivery methodology, resource plans, governance frameworks, and solution approaches based on high-level requirements.

Excellent command of written and spoken English, with superior communication and stakeholder management skills.

Working knowledge of Agile-Scrum methodologies is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of large, complex programs to ensure both short-term milestones and long-term account success are achieved.

Drive account growth by identifying opportunities within current engagements to cross-sell or up-sell organizational offerings.

Review and guide project scope definition, planning, and execution for assigned products and related releases.

Ensure all projects within the account adhere to defined governance guidelines, standards, and best practices.

Own the full P&L responsibility for the account, managing financial health and profitability.

Propose and own delivery methodology, resourcing requirements, governance mechanisms, and solution design based on high-level client requirements.

Effectively manage programs through the development of robust schedules, rigorous change control, and proactive risk mitigation strategies.

Monitor and maintain the overall health of the account across all key metrics, including risk, scope, schedule, quality, resources, finance, and customer satisfaction.

Act as a trusted advisor with a consulting mindset, positioning the team as a solution provider rather than an order taker.

Identify account stakeholders early, engage with them to understand expectations, and steer the engagement accordingly.

Communicate and drive the adoption of organizational initiatives within the account team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
