We are looking for candidates who have already worked with hospitals, doctors, clinics, healthcare startups, or healthcare brands. This is not an entry-level digital marketing role.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a young, ambitious marketer who:
- Has experience in Healthcare Marketing.
- Knows how to manage healthcare social media accounts.
- Has strong knowledge of AI tools and uses them daily.
- Has successfully grown at least one social media page to 2,000+ followers (organic or through a strategic content plan).
- Has worked on freelance healthcare marketing projects or agency clients.
- Is comfortable creating content, researching healthcare topics, and editing videos.
- Comes from a small-town or growth-oriented background and has a strong hunger to learn and succeed.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts for doctors, hospitals and healthcare brands.
- Create content calendars and content strategies.
- Research healthcare trends and medical topics.
- Create engaging posts, reels and short-form videos.
- Edit videos using tools like CapCut.
- Use AI tools to improve content creation and productivity.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors.
- Track social media growth and engagement.
- Contribute ideas to grow client brands organically.
Skills Required
- Healthcare Marketing experience (Mandatory)
- Social Media Management
- Content Creation
- Video Editing
- CapCut or similar editing tools
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Research skills
- Excellent written English
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
Preferred Candidates
Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have worked in a healthcare marketing agency.
- Have handled healthcare clients independently.
- Have managed doctor or hospital social media accounts.
- Can show measurable social media growth.
- Have completed freelance healthcare marketing projects.

Pay: ₹13,837.55 - ₹25,145.36 per month
