About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced B2B Logistics Operations professional to manage offline supply chain operations across GT, MT, and EBO channels. The role involves order fulfillment, dispatch, planning, inventory coordination, warehouse and distributor management, and servicing key retail partners like Dmart, Reliance, Apollo, and Lifestyle. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG, beauty, skincare, or personal care operations, with expertise in OTIF, inventoryplanning, partner coordination, and process-driven logistics execution.
Responsibilities:
● Manage end-to-end logistics operations across GT, MT, and EBO channels.
● Ensure timely order processing, dispatch planning, and delivery execution.
● Coordinate operations with key Modern Trade accounts like Dmart, Reliance, Apollo, Health
& Glow, and Lifestyle.
● Monitor and improve OTIF, fill rates, dispatch TAT, and delivery performance
● Collaborate with warehouses, transporters, and sales teams for smooth order fulfillment.
● Handle inventory allocation and replenishment planning to avoid stockouts
● Resolve operational issues related to shortages, damages, delays, RTVs, and compliance.
● Ensure compliance with partner-specific requirements such as ASN, labeling, appointments,
and documentation.
● Work closely with 3PL and warehouse teams to improve inventory accuracy and dispatch
efficiency.
● Track POD closures, shipment status, and pending deliveries across channels.
● Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS and operational performance reports.
● Drive process improvements across B2B logistics and offline fulfillment operations.
Skills Required
● Strong understanding of B2B logistics and offline retail operations across GT, MT, and
EBO channels.
● Experience in managing Modern Trade partners and distributor operations.
● Expertise in inventory management and stock allocation planning.
● Hands-on experience in warehouse and 3PL coordination.
● Strong knowledge of dispatch planning and order fulfillment processes.
● Understanding of OTIF, fill rate, SLA, and dispatch TAT tracking.
● Experience in transporter and freight coordination
● Strong stakeholder management and escalation handling skills.
● Excellent problem-solving and operational decision-making abilities.
● Good analytical skills with experience in MIS reporting.
● Proficiency in Excel and ERP/WMS systems.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume operations environment.
● Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
● Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree.
● 3–10 years of experience in Logistics is preferred.
● Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or retail preferred
