Qualification -Bachelor in Science B.Sc. Chemistry or M.Sc. in Chemistry Or B.E Chemicals Experienced - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in chemical Dyes company preferred.
Production Operations: Supervise and execute batch manufacturing of dyes. Ensure accurate
charging of raw materials as per batch manufacturing records
Monitor critical process parameters: Temperature, pH, Reaction time, Pressure, Stirring speed
Control reaction stages( diazotization, coupling, condensation, etc.)
Ensure proper filtration, drying, pulvariser and blending of dyes
Perform in-process quality checks, Coordinate with QC laboratory for final product approval
Ensure strict adherence to chemical safety procedures; Monitor handling of hazardous chemicals
(amines, acids, alkalis, solvents)
Implement waste management and effluent control procedures; Ensure use of PPE and MSDS
compliance Report near misses, incidents, and unsafe conditions
Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records ,Log process parameters and deviations Prepare shift
handover reports Record raw material consumption and yields
Monitor equipment performance (reactors, filters, dryers, Pulvariser ).
Train, mentor and motivate staff, operators on process steps, safety procedures, and troubleshooting.
Manage shift coverage for absences.
Shift handover : Ensure effective ,detailed handover to the incoming shift supervisor ,including status
of ongoing reaction and equipment status.
