Job Description — Social Media & Content Management
Reports to: Marketing Lead
Location: Thane Wagle Estate
Experience: 0–2 years, ideally handling social media for a professional services firm, agency, or B2B brand
Education: Open — any graduate with a strong design/content sensibility; portfolio matters more than degree
About the Role
We're looking for someone to own the firm's entire social media presence — from content planning to design execution to publishing — across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and any other platforms we run. The role blends content strategy, design, and coordination: you'll be pulling technical inputs from Partners and Managers and turning them into content that's on-brand, timely, and consistent.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow the firm's LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media handles
- Generate original content across formats — posts, carousels, short-form video ideas, event coverage — tailored to each platform
- Create and own a content calendar, and be accountable for it actually being delivered on schedule, not just planned
- Design all content in Canva, working within the firm's brand guidelines (colours, fonts, tone, logo usage) to keep everything consistent
- Follow up proactively with Partners and Managers to source technical/domain content — this requires chasing busy people and knowing how to get inputs out of them without derailing their day
- Handle the marketing side of internal and external events — covering them live (photos/videos/stories), and turning that coverage into post-event content
- Track what's working (engagement, reach) and adjust content approach accordingly
- Execute email marketing and communication for the firm
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience managing social media handles for a business, not just personal accounts
- Strong working knowledge of Canva; an eye for clean, professional design
- Comfortable working within brand guidelines rather than freelancing on aesthetics
- Good follow-up discipline — able to extract inputs from senior stakeholders who are often unavailable
- Organized enough to run a content calendar as a real deliverable, with deadlines that hold
- Bonus: basic photography/videography sense for event coverage
