Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Integration Lead to design, develop, and manage integrations across the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform using Integration Gateway (IG Apps). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter (CC), PolicyCenter (PC), and BillingCenter (BC) along with proven experience in leading integration projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable integration solutions.
Guidewire ACE Certification is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire integrations using Integration Gateway (IG Apps).
- Develop and maintain integrations across Guidewire applications including:
- ClaimCenter (CC)
- PolicyCenter (PC)
- BillingCenter (BC)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to understand integration requirements.
- Design REST/SOAP-based APIs and integration services.
- Build secure, scalable, and high-performing integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Guidewire development standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Coordinate with QA and business teams during testing and deployment.
- Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and deployment plans.
- Participate in production support and root cause analysis for integration-related issues.
Required Skills
- 5–10 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire Integration.
- Strong experience working with:
- Guidewire ClaimCenter (CC)
- Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC)
- Guidewire BillingCenter (BC)
- Expertise in Integration Gateway (IG Apps).
- Strong understanding of Guidewire Integration Framework.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, and XSD.
- Knowledge of messaging, event-driven integrations, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with Gosu programming.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Guidewire ACE Certification (Mandatory).
- Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
- Exposure to Guidewire Cloud implementations is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of integration middleware and API management platforms is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree is an added advantage.
