- Provide personalized, high-level service to principals and their guests, anticipating needs and preferences.
- Oversee and manage daily household operations, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and order.
- Coordinate and supervise other household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, and groundskeepers, ensuring efficient teamwork and adherence to household protocols.
- Manage household inventories, including provisions, fine wines, spirits, and personal effects, ensuring stock levels are maintained and items are properly stored.
- Plan, organize, and execute private events, dinner parties, and social gatherings, including table setting, service, and guest management.
- Assist with travel arrangements, packing, unpacking, and ensuring all necessary items are prepared for trips.
- Perform chauffeur duties as required, maintaining vehicles and ensuring safe and timely transportation.
- Manage wardrobe care, including selection, pressing, packing, and liaising with tailors or dry cleaners.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, answer phones, and manage light administrative tasks.
- Ensure the security and privacy of the principals and the residence at all times, adhering to strict confidentiality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with trusted vendors and suppliers for household maintenance and services.
