- Manage and coordinate with Franchise Service Managers across multiple locations.
- Oversee and monitor technician operations and productivity on a Pan India level.
- Ensure service quality, TAT adherence, and customer satisfaction across franchises.
- Provide technical guidance and operational support to service teams when required.
- Track service KPIs, performance metrics, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate for training, onboarding, and upskilling of technicians.
- Resolve escalated service issues and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain service reports, MIS data, and performance dashboards.
- Work closely with operations and supply teams for parts availability and service readiness
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
