Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Malayalam, English, and Hindi, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with customers, explaining services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Explain company products and services clearly to potential customers.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, or follow-up calls when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (spoken )
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong listening and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or lead generation is an advantage.
- Experience handling customers across multiple regions and languages.

- Number of calls made per day.
- Lead generation and conversion rates.
- Customer satisfaction and response quality.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- Achievement of assigned sales or appointment targets.
