We are seeking a creative and skilled Motion Graphics Designer with 5 + years expertise in animation and excellent communication skills to create visually engaging animated content. The ideal candidate will combine graphic design, animation, and storytelling to produce dynamic visuals for videos, marketing materials, social media, and brand content.
Animation & Motion Graphics
- Create 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual effects
- Design and produce explainer videos, promotional videos, advertisements, and social media content
- Bring static designs to life through motion and effects, enhancing user engagement and storytelling
- Create animated versions of logos and brand assets for branding purposes
Design & Conceptualization
- Collaborate with clients/creative teams to conceptualize visual narratives for animations
- Create storyboards and visual concepts to outline animation sequences and transitions
- Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with brand guidelines
- Design compelling visual assets (logos, illustrations, banners, posters, infographics)
Technical Execution
- Incorporate visual effects (particle systems, compositing, motion tracking)
- Sync animations with audio elements (voiceovers, sound effects, music)
- Prepare animations for various platforms (web, social media, broadcast)
- Optimize videos for different formats and platforms
Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, content creators, developers)
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to incorporate feedback and revisions
- Present design concepts and animation ideas clearly to team members
- Ensure deliverables meet project goals through clear communication
