Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, conducting product presentations, and achieving sales targets for our industrial product range.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, aerospace, and industrial sectors.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
- Visit customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and follow up until order closure.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for product demonstrations and order execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update customer information.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (Any Stream).
- 1–5 years of experience in Industrial Sales, B2B Sales, Marketing, or Technical Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
