We are hiring an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our growing team at Peregrine Global Infotech, Kurali (Mohali). The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in lead follow-ups and client handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up regularly with leads to maintain high conversion rates.
- Maintain clear records of calls, customer interactions, and pipeline data.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to meet targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, tele-sales, or customer support.
- Gender: F
- Communication: Clear verbal communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi (Basic English is a plus).
- Skills: Strong convincing ability, active listening, and customer relationship handling.
- Target-oriented mindset with basic computer knowledge.
