We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive to join our team. The Executive will be responsible for managing Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliances and accounting function for our clients. This role involves ensuring GST compliances, financial reporting, and accounting in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
1) Manage the process of GST registration, amendments, and cancellations for clients, as per their business requirements.
2) Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and any other applicable returns, ensuring compliance with the statutory timelines.
3) Review client invoices, transactions, and accounting records to ensure accurate GST treatment and compliance with GST laws and regulations.
4) Conduct periodic reviews and audits of client accounts to identify discrepancies, errors, or areas for improvement.
5) Liaise with clients, tax authorities, and other stakeholders to address queries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth compliance with GST regulations.
6) Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, GST laws, rules, and regulations, and communicate implications to clients and internal stakeholders.
7) Provide guidance and support to clients on accounting principles, financial reporting requirements, and GST implications for business transactions.
8) Assist clients in GST assessments, audits, and investigations by preparing necessary documentation and representing them before tax authorities, as required.
9) Ensure proper accounting for clients, including reviewing and recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts.
10) Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
11) Maintain accurate records and documentation related to accounting and GST compliance activities for clients.

Requirements:
· Semi Qualified CA or Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, finance, or a related field with relevant experience.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and GST compliance, preferably in a CA firm or consulting environment.
· Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and Taxation laws, rules, and regulations.
· Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Busy, QuickBooks, etc., as well as Tax filing softwares and tools.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reconciliation.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
· Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Mentor and coach other members of the team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
