We are looking for an experienced IT Sales & Cold Calling Specialist to join our team and focus on generating qualified leads and booking meetings with businesses in the US market.
The ideal candidate should have 3–4+ years of experience in US-market cold calling and IT sales, particularly selling services such as web development, website design, SEO, digital marketing, or other IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to businesses across the US.
- Research and identify businesses that may need web development, website redesign, SEO, or digital marketing services.
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling and prospect research.
- Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
- Pitch relevant IT services and handle initial objections.
- Schedule qualified meetings for our sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead, call, and follow-up information in the CRM.
- Follow up with interested prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
- Consistently work toward monthly call, lead, and meeting targets.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in US-market cold calling and B2B sales.
- Previous experience selling IT services, web development, website design, SEO, digital marketing, or similar services.
- Proven experience in lead generation and prospect research.
- Ability to identify businesses that could benefit from our services.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable communicating with US business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong communication, persuasion, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
- Experience working with a CRM and calling platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets.
- Must be comfortable working the 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST US shift.
Compensation
Salary + performance-based incentives.
Additional incentives will be based on individual performance and achievement of agreed monthly targets, including qualified leads and meetings booked.
Note: Candidates must have their own laptop/computer and a reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for making calls and working during the US shift.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
