- Accurately transcribe radiology reports as dictated by radiologists, ensuring error-free medical terminology and maintaining patient records.
- Maintain required ultrasound records and check the work list of ultrasound.
- Manage critical case registers and maintain required ultrasound records.
- Provide appointments for patients of USG with proper instructions and collect bills from patients.
- Spell-check, medical terminology, and medical dictionary to be constantly updated in the system.
- Give proper instructions to patients about prescribed USG scans and manage children and sensitive patients during procedures.
- Supervise the filling of PNDT forms by patients undergoing PNDT scans and maintain them in a folder for submission by the end of the month.
- Ensure timely and secure distribution of radiology reports to the appropriate departments and medical staff.
- Coordinate with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to clarify information and ensure report accuracy.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, especially those concerning patient confidentiality and data security.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
