Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dialysis Unit operations, preferably in a senior role.
Sound knowledge of hemodialysis procedures, dialysis machine handling, and infection control practices.
Ability to manage critical patients and handle emergency situations during dialysis.
Good communication, documentation, and team coordination skills.
