Job Summary:
Sarvify is looking for an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to join our product team. In
this role, you will act as a crucial link between our clients and the technical team to ensure
effective and tailored development of Odoo ERP modules. You’ll work across various
business domains such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, HRMS, Inventory, and Manufacturing,
guiding clients through the full lifecycle of Odoo implementation while ensuring optimal
business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions
Customize, develop, and implement Odoo modules as per project needs
Provide functional consulting, especially for Manufacturing modules (MRP, Inventory,
etc.)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
Ensure smooth integration with third-party systems when required
Provide user training and post-implementation support
Required Skills:
4-5 years of strong experience in Odoo Development (customization, module development)
Good understanding of Odoo Functional processes
Proficiency in Python programming
Hands-on experience with Manufacturing domain (MRP, Supply Chain, Inventory)
Knowledge of PostgreSQL and REST APIs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on end-to-end Odoo implementations
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
