We're Hiring | Insurance Manager
Keertana Finserv Limited is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Insurance Manager to lead and manage our insurance operations across various business verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage insurance policy issuance and premium processing for MSME, Gold Loan, and JLG portfolios.
2. Coordinate policy renewals, endorsements, and insurance-related documentation.
3. Monitor and track insurance claims raised across branches and ensure timely resolution.
4. Handle employee insurance administration, including additions, deletions, and policy updates.
5. Coordinate with internal teams for invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation activities.
6. Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to policies, claims, premiums, and insurance revenue.
7. Ensure compliance with organizational processes and maintain accurate insurance records.
Who We Are Looking For:
✔ Experience in Insurance Operations, Banking, Financial Services, or NBFC sector.
✔ Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
✔ Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
✔ Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
