We operate within high-value commodity markets, bridging the gap between traders, buyers, transporters, and farmers. We are seeking dynamic Field Executives to drive our on-ground expansion and operational execution.
Job Summary: The Field Sales & Operations Executive will be the face of MandiPlus in the local market. This role requires a hybrid skill set of B2B business development, key account management, and on-ground operations. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, thrives in a fast-paced field environment, and possesses strong relationship-building capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales & Onboarding: Identify, pitch, and onboard new mandi traders, wholesale buyers, and logistics partners to the MandiPlus network.
- Key Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for onboarded clients, ensuring high engagement, retention, and transaction growth.
- On-Ground Operations: Oversee end-to-end commodity operations within assigned territories, actively solving logistical or market-level bottlenecks.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the critical link between field customers, supply chain operations, and internal management teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and report actionable feedback, market trends, and operational challenges to the leadership team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in field sales, B2B business development, or field operations. (Experience in Agritech, FMCG, logistics, or mandi environments is a strong plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in local languages; ability to confidently interact with large business owners and decision-makers.
- Work Style: Highly comfortable with 100% field-based roles. Must possess a high degree of autonomy, resilience, and problem-solving ability.
