Job Summary:
We are hiring an HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end HR operational activities including attendance & payroll coordination, onboarding, documentation, background verification, reimbursements, and employee engagement. The role requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and the ability to meet strict timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Attendance & Payroll Support:
- Maintain daily attendance
- Conduct weekly/monthly attendance audits for attendance
- Resolve attendance/leave discrepancies within TAT
- Support payroll inputs and corrections
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle:
- Issue offer letters within defined timelines Coordinate onboarding, system access & joining formalities
- Manage email IDs, group access, batch allocation & biometrics
- Maintain employee records and documentation
Background Verification (BGV):
- Initiate and track BGV for new joiners
- Coordinate with employees/vendors for closure
- Maintain updated BGV tracker
Reimbursements:
- Process travel and operational reimbursements
- Verify documents and ensure approval accuracy
- Resolve employee queries within TAT
HR Operations (Pulse):
- Manage RM changes and employee master updates
- Handle HR tickets and ensure timely closure
Employee Engagement:
- Support engagement activities and events
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of HR operations & payroll coordination
- Experience in attendance/leave management
- Hands-on HRMS (Pulse preferred)
- Strong Excel, documentation & communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines
- Graduate (MBA HR preferred)
