- Capture high-quality photos and videos of gymnastics classes, coaching sessions, events, competitions, and student achievements.
- Shoot engaging vertical videos optimized for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create content that highlights student progress, coach expertise, academy culture, and parent testimonials.
- Record behind-the-scenes footage and day-in-the-life content.
Creative Planning
- Develop fresh content ideas and reel concepts aligned with current social media trends.
- Suggest creative hooks, transitions, and storytelling formats to improve engagement.
- Work closely with the academy team to plan weekly content shoots.
- Identify viral content opportunities and execute them effectively.
Editing & Delivery
- Edit videos into short-form social media content.
- Add basic transitions, captions, music, and effects suitable for social media.
- Deliver content in platform-ready formats and resolutions.
- Maintain an organized library of photos and video assets.
RequirementsMust-Have
- Proven experience in photography and videography for social media.
- Access to a high-quality DSLR, mirrorless camera, or flagship camera phone capable of professional-quality recording.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Ability to create engaging content with minimal supervision.
- Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, VN, or similar software.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas regularly.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
