Handling inbound quires and converting them into sales.
Continuous follow up with the customers.
Responsibilities
Sales and coordinates transportation, accommodations, tours and activities.
Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, weather and activities.
Making tour itinerary and costing.
Handles Travel issues, cancellation and refunds.
Candidate Qualifications / Skills:
Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
Strong problem - solving skills.
Strong abilities to manage time and priorities tasks.
Working knowledge of inbound and domestic travel trades.
Bachelor's degree in tourism, Travel, Hospitality, business or related field preferred Grad/undergrad with travel experience both can apply
