Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
- Handle client queries and provide timely and accurate solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Support sales activities including lead follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate client data, interactions, and reports in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Meet assigned relationship, service and sales targets.
