Job Summary
Prolife Cancer Centre is looking for a confident, patient-focused, and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient enquiries over phone calls, understanding patient requirements, providing accurate information about consultations and treatments, and ensuring timely follow-ups to help patients make informed healthcare decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Attend patient enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Understand patient requirements and provide appropriate guidance regarding consultations and treatment options.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective and existing patients.
- Build trust and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM/HMS.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
- Resolve basic patient queries and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any field is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, healthcare, or a similar client-facing role.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in handling patient interactions over phone.
- Good persuasion, counselling, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
