Position: B2B Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Organic Products

Location: NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad)
Role Objective (Clear Expectation)
We are hiring a field sales professional who can sell organic fruits & vegetables in NCR by onboarding:
High-rise societies (through RWAs)
Fruit & vegetable retailers
Local vendors and small distributors
The role is execution-heavy — focus is on daily sales + repeat orders, not just meetings.
Key Responsibilities (Ground-Level Work)
Visit market daily (field sales) and generate new clients
Approach RWAs and get entry approvals in societies
Set up stalls / sampling activities in residential societies
Onboard fruit & vegetable shops and local vendors
Convert leads into regular buying clients
Ensure repeat orders and relationship management
Handle pricing, quality, and delivery-related objections
Coordinate with operations for smooth supply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.33 per month
