About the Role
We are looking for a Product Management Associate to support the development and execution of this new product initiative. The role combines product research, business understanding, technology exploration, user experience, quality and project execution. The candidate will work closely with the leadership and technology teams to convert ideas into practical product features, digital experiences and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product research, planning and feature development.
- Understand user needs and identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Research and evaluate AI, technology and digital tools relevant to the product.
- Coordinate with design, development and other teams to execute product requirements.
- Test and review product features, content and user experiences.
- Collect and analyse user feedback and translate insights into improvements.
- Develop and coordinate new product ideas and initiatives.
- Support R&D, experimentation and product innovation.
- Assist in preparing requirements, project plans, documentation and execution reports.
What We Prefer
- MBA candidates with an interest in product management, strategy, technology, psychology, innovation or entrepreneurship are strongly preferred.
- B.Tech candidates with an interest in product development, technology and business are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, research, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in product coordination, project execution and digital products.
- Ability to structure ideas, understand requirements and convert them into execution.
- Curious mindset with willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
