Job Description
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with 3+ years of experience in AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, EKS, Terraform, CI/CD automation, and strong Python development/scripting experience.
The candidate will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, troubleshooting production environments, and building automation solutions using Python.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
● Deploy and manage applications on Amazon EKS/Kubernetes
● Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
● Develop automation scripts and utilities using Python
● Manage AWS services such as EC2, EKS, S3, IAM, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, Route53, and VPC
● Perform Kubernetes cluster administration and troubleshooting
● Debug node-level and pod-level issues in Kubernetes/EKS environments
● Analyze pod crashes, OOMKilled issues, node pressure, scheduling failures, networking, and autoscaling issues
● Troubleshoot ingress, service discovery, DNS, and container-related issues
● Monitor application and infrastructure performance
● Implement logging and monitoring solutions
● Collaborate with development teams for release management and production deployments
● Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and cost
Technical RequirementsMust Have
● 3+ years of experience in DevOps/AWS
● Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
● Strong Python development/scripting experience
● Experience with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS
● Strong knowledge of Terraform
● Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI
● Experience with Docker and containerization
● Strong Linux administration knowledge
● Hands-on experience in Kubernetes node-level and pod-level debugging
● Experience troubleshooting:
○ CrashLoopBackOff
○ OOMKilled
○ Pending pods
○ Node NotReady issues
○ PVC/storage issues
○ Ingress and networking issues
○ Cluster autoscaling issues
● Experience with kubectl, logs, events, describe, exec, and debugging production workloads
● Experience with Git version control
Good to Have
● Experience with Helm charts
● Experience with ArgoCD
● Experience with Prometheus/Grafana/ELK
● Knowledge of security and compliance best practices
● Experience with serverless architecture
● Experience with KEDA and autoscaling workloads
Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
● AWS Certification is an added advantage
● Good communication and troubleshooting skills
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
