- B.E. Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
- M.E. Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
- Additional certifications in CAD/CAM, Industrial Maintenance, Project Management, or Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Salary Structure
- Training Period (3 Months – Tamil Nadu): ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- After Successful Training & Deployment to Uganda: ₹60,000 – ₹65,000 per month (Based on skills, experience, and performance)

Nile Nadi Cultura Private Limited is an engineering-driven company specializing in Agricultural & Minerals Processing and Industrial Machine Manufacturing. We design, manufacture, fabricate, install, and commission advanced industrial equipment including Multi Belt Dryers, Conveyor Systems, Biomass Burners, Material Handling Systems, Rotary Equipment, and customized automation solutions.
As part of our international expansion, we are recruiting passionate Mechanical Engineers for our Uganda operations.
Selected candidates will undergo an intensive 3-month technical training program in Tamil Nadu, gaining practical experience in machine manufacturing, fabrication, industrial installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, production management, quality systems, and project execution.
Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be deployed to Uganda to lead installation, commissioning, maintenance, and production support activities for our industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the installation, erection, alignment, commissioning, and start-up of industrial machinery.
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing activities in accordance with engineering drawings.
- Interpret and verify fabrication drawings, GA drawings, mechanical layouts, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
- Coordinate machine manufacturing from fabrication through final commissioning.
- Monitor production activities and ensure machines operate efficiently with minimum downtime.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical failures involving gearboxes, bearings, shafts, couplings, chains, sprockets, conveyors, dryers, burners, and rotating equipment.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Ensure proper alignment of motors, gearboxes, pulleys, rollers, and conveyor systems.
- Coordinate with Electrical Engineers, Electricians, PLC Engineers, Technicians, and Machine Operators during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality procedures, and safety regulations.
- Prepare installation reports, maintenance records, inspection reports, and project documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reliability, and machine efficiency.
- Supervise contractors, fabrication teams, and installation crews whenever required.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
- Hands-on experience in fabrication, welding, machine assembly, and industrial equipment installation.
- Strong understanding of conveyors, dryers, biomass burners, mixers, rotary equipment, and material handling systems.
- Knowledge of bearings, gearboxes, shafts, couplings, chains, sprockets, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret GA drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, P&IDs, and mechanical layouts.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tolerances, and quality control practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and team coordination abilities.
- Good communication and technical documentation skills.
- Willingness to relocate internationally and work in Uganda after successful completion of training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial machine manufacturing.
- Experience in fertilizer plants, mineral processing plants, cement industries, food processing plants, or heavy engineering industries.
- Knowledge of conveyor design, material handling systems, and industrial process equipment.
- Familiarity with PLC-controlled machinery and automation systems.
- Knowledge of project planning, commissioning, and machine performance optimization.
- Experience in international industrial projects will be an added advantage.

Employment Contract
- Selected candidates will complete 3 months of technical training in Tamil Nadu before international deployment.
- Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be deployed to Uganda under the company's employment contract.
- The company will provide the Employment Visa and international flight ticket for deployment.
- During employment in Uganda, accommodation will be provided free of cost by the company.
- Employees will be eligible for a company-sponsored return air ticket to India once every two years, as per the employment contract.
- Any personal travel to India before the eligible contract period will be at the employee's own expense.
