Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and customer service to ensure seamless project execution.

Technical Expertise:

Work on .NET or JAVA-based applications, providing technical guidance and support.

Implement and manage DevSecOps practices, integrating security into the CI/CD pipeline.

Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.
-
Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.

Application Security:

Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting incident investigations and providing remediation plans.

Implement and manage security tools and technologies such as DAST, SAST, and container security.
-
Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure coding practices and perform code reviews.

10+ years of experience in software development and project management.
-
Certifications in PMI, CMM, ISO, ITIL, Six Sigma are preferred.

Experience in industry quality standards and application outsourcing.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in .NET or JAVA programming languages.

In-depth knowledge of DevSecOps practices and application security needs.

Experience with security tools and technologies such as DAST, SAST, and container security.
