Job Summary
Redcliffe Labs is seeking an experienced City Manager to lead Phlebotomy Operations across Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for managing Route Managers, Phlebotomists, route planning, route assignment, operational audits, and field team productivity. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in diagnostic operations, home sample collection, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Phlebotomy Operations across the city.
- Lead and supervise Route Managers and Phlebotomy teams.
- Plan, optimize, and assign routes for home sample collection.
- Monitor daily field operations and team productivity.
- Conduct operational audits and ensure SOP compliance.
- Manage manpower planning, attendance, and roster management.
- Handle operational escalations and ensure service quality.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Prepare MIS reports and analyze operational performance through Excel.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Diagnostic Operations / Home Collection Operations.
- Must have hands-on experience in managing Home Collection Phlebotomy Teams.
- Experience in handling 60+ Phlebotomists and Route Managers.
- Strong experience in Route Mapping, Route Planning, and Route Assignment.
- Experience in manpower planning, roster management, and field team productivity monitoring.
- Good knowledge of operational MIS and MS Excel.
- Comfortable with field operations and city travel.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from Diagnostics, Pathology, Healthcare, or Home Collection Operations background will be preferred.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale Home Collection Operations.
- Experience managing Phlebotomists, Route Managers, Team Leaders, and Collection Executives.
- Strong understanding of SLA management, operational audits, and service quality.
- Preferred languages: Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and English.
- Strong leadership and people management skill
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
