Job Summary
Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Senior Electrician for its Sarua Plant in Khordha. The candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring uninterrupted operation of plant machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot HT/LT electrical systems.
- Handle plant machinery electrical maintenance and breakdowns.
- Monitor transformers, panels, motors, VFDs, PLC systems, and DG sets.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure safety compliance and electrical standards in the plant.
- Supervise electricians and maintenance staff.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain maintenance logs and reports.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Required Qualifications
- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing electrical maintenance.
- Experience in aluminium, steel, or heavy manufacturing industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and safety procedures.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
