Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, and guests professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and packages.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Maintain front office cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate with various departments for visitor and customer requirements.
- Manage office supplies and stationery inventory.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation as required.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
