Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Associate with a minimum of 1 years of experience in IT Recruitment and HR Operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, employee files, and reports.
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are followed across the organization.
- Work closely with employees and hiring managers to support HR activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in HR.
- Experience in IT Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, and payroll coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
