Teleconsultation Coordinator (Health & Wellness)

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Teleconsultation Coordinator to support and streamline client consultations within a growing health and wellness organization. The ideal candidate will coordinate teleconsultations, manage client communications, support healthcare professionals, and ensure smooth documentation and follow-up processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate teleconsultations through email, WhatsApp, and video/audio platforms such as Zoom.
- Manage client onboarding, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and progress tracking within CRM or care management systems.
- Coordinate with physicians, nutritionists, and care coordinators to ensure seamless consultation workflows.
- Compile client information, adherence reports, and health-related data for multidisciplinary case reviews.
- Document care plans and update client records with consultation outcomes, recommendations, and feedback.
- Handle appointment rescheduling, no-show follow-ups, and routine client inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with telehealth guidelines, data privacy standards, and internal operating procedures.
- Generate and maintain reports on consultation volumes, client engagement, and operational metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare coordination, telehealth operations, customer service, or wellness program administration.
- Proficiency with email, WhatsApp, CRM systems, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Familiarity with nutrition, wellness, metabolic health, or preventive healthcare programs is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
