Responsibilities:
- Manage complete after-sales service operations.
- Handle customer complaints, technical support, and service planning.
- Coordinate machine installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Plan service engineer visits and monitor response times.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Coordinate spare parts support and service documentation.
- Train service engineers on troubleshooting and service procedures.
- Work closely with Design and Production teams for technical solutions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and service performance.
- Prepare service reports, MIS reports, and department documentation.
- Support customer retention and continuous service improvement initiatives.
