Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Interior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, assisting customers in selecting interior design products and solutions, preparing quotations, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for interior design and home décor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in understanding their interior design requirements.
- Recommend suitable products, materials, and design solutions based on client needs and budget.
- contact with leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Maintain product knowledge of furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, lighting, décor, and other interior solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Participate in showroom displays, promotions, and marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in interiors, furniture, home décor, or construction materials.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of interior design concepts and materials is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: As per industry standards + Performance Incentives
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
