T L – Accounts Receivable Collections
Location: Infopark,Kochi
Qualification: Graduation (Preferably in Commerce stream)
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in AR Collections & Dispute Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling attrition and shrinkage management as Team Leader
Shift: 6 PM - 3 AM, (Monday-Friday)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Package: Up to 8 –10 LPAImmediate Joiners Preferred
We are hiring Team Leaders with strong experience in Accounts Receivable Collections, Dispute Management, and team handling.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage collections and dispute management operations
- Monitor team performance, SLA adherence, and collection targets
- Handle escalations and support resolution of complex disputes
- Analyze aging reports, collection trends, attrition, and shrinkage metrics
Requirements:
- Graduate/Masters in Accounting / CA Inter / CWA Inter
- 5+ years of experience in AR Collections & Dispute Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling attrition and shrinkage management as Team Leader
- Strong people management and stakeholder management skills
- SAP/JDE and Excel knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Candidates should be willing to relocate to Kochi
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
