Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Data Analytics to lead our quantitative research and analytics team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of survey data, analysis, and client reporting while driving process improvements and automation.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts.

Oversee quantitative projects from survey design through final reporting.

Serve as the internal expert on survey logic, questionnaire design, data quality, and analytics.

Review and QA screeners, questionnaires, survey programming, and data outputs prior to launch.

Implement automation and real-time QA processes to improve efficiency and reduce rework.

Ensure high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and adverse event (AE/PV) monitoring.

Provide strategic recommendations on survey design, skip logic, quotas, and reporting.

Develop internal dashboards and reporting tools to improve project visibility and operational performance.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in market research, survey analytics, or quantitative research.

Strong expertise in survey design, programming logic, data validation, and reporting.

Experience managing and mentoring analytics teams.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with survey platforms, reporting tools, and process automation.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Willing to work in 50% overlap with US East Coast hours
