Job Overview:
We are hiring a Service Relationship Manager to handle end-to-end operations for wealth management and mutual fund transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Process MF transactions (Purchase, Redemption, SIP, STP, SWP)
Handle client queries and support onboarding (KYC, FATCA, CKYC)
Ensure documentation and compliance as per SEBI & AMFI guidelines
Perform reconciliation with CAMS & KFintech
Work on platforms like BSE Star MF, NSE NMF II, MFU
Requirements:
Graduate (Commerce/Finance/Business)
1–3 years in mutual fund/wealth operations
Good knowledge of MF products & platforms
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
