About MOFIA:
MOFIA is Chennai's fast-growing pre-owned and refurbished mobile phone brand. We operate retail outlets in Ekkatuthangal and T Nagar, with a professional multi-point Quality Check process for every device we sell. We're not a typical phone shop — we run on systems, SOPs, and structured training. Our goal is to build MOFIA into a PAN India brand, and we're looking for people who want to grow with us from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers in choosing the right phone for their budget
- Explain phone specs, condition grades, and warranty terms clearly
- Handle exchanges, upgrades, and accessory recommendations
- Process billing using our POS system (training provided)
- Maintain store presentation standards
Who Should Apply:
- Age: 20–30 years
- Good communication in Tamil + basic English
- Genuine interest in mobile phones and technology
- Freshers welcome — if you're sharp and willing to learn fast
- Prior retail or mobile sales experience is a plus, not a must
- Candidates from Poorvika, Sangeetha, Big C, Hotspot, or any mobile retail background — we'd love to talk to you
