Job Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential property buyers and investors.
* Explain residential, commercial, and industrial property projects.
* Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits.
* Follow up with existing customers and maintain relationships.
* Update customer details in CRM/Excel.
* Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure.
* Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Eligibility
* Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
* Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage)
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM)
* Positive attitude and convincing skills
* Freshers can apply; telecalling or real estate experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
