1. Pre-Operative Preparation
· Set up the operating room, surgical instruments, microscopes, and machinery (FUE/FUT units).
· Prepare patients for surgery, which may include shaving the donor area, cleaning the scalp, and administering local anesthesia under the surgeon’s guidance.
· Assist the physician in marking the recipient site for the hair grafts.
2. Surgical Assistance
· Assist the surgeon with the extraction of follicular units using FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) or FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation) tools.
· Dissect, sort, and count hair grafts under a microscope.
· Carefully preserve grafts to maintain hydration and integrity throughout the procedure.
· Implant hair grafts into the recipient areas manually or by using an implanter tool, strictly following the surgeon's restoration plan.
3. Patient Care & Documentation
· Monitor patient comfort and vital signs during long procedures, offering reassurance and assistance.
· Provide clear post-operative instructions for hair washing, medication, and follow-up care.
· Maintain accurate procedure logs, patient charts, and before-and-after photographs. 4. Sterilization & Maintenance
· Follow strict infection-control and sterilization protocols for all surgical instruments and consumables.
· Ensure the clinic complies with medical and aesthetic hygiene regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Education & Licensing: Certification in hair transplantation procedures or a degree in Nursing (GNM/BSc), Cosmetology, or a related medical/paramedical field. (Licensing requirements like a DHA or local state medical board may be mandatory depending on jurisdiction).
· Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in graft harvesting, dissection, and placement.
· Skills: Proficient in FUE and/or DHI techniques, manual dexterity, strong visual acuity (using microscopes/magnification), and the ability to stand for long periods.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
