Job Title: Day Care In-Charge School Name: Swastikan Pre School Location: Sector 3, Rohini Job Summary: Swastikan Pre School is looking for a responsible, organized, and compassionate Day Care In-Charge to manage the day care facility and ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. The candidate will oversee daily operations, staff coordination, and child well-being. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage day care operations and staff - Ensure a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly environment - Plan and organize daily routines, activities, and rest schedules - Monitor children’s health, behavior, and overall well-being - Handle parent communication and address concerns effectively - Maintain attendance records and daily reports - Ensure proper nutrition, hygiene, and safety standards are followed - Train and guide support staff/caregivers - Manage emergency situations calmly and efficiently Qualifications & Requirements: - Graduate in any discipline (preferably with NTT / ECCE or relevant certification) - Minimum 2–4 years of experience in day care or pre-school management - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Good communication and interpersonal abilities - Patient, caring, and attentive personality - Basic computer knowledge Key Skills: - Team management - Child care and supervision - Communication and parent handling - Problem-solving and decision-making - Time management and organization Working Hours:
