- Receives complaints/issues from all Clients
- Coordinates with relevant Branches
- Tracks and ensures timely resolution
- Maintains communication between head office and branches
- Standardizes processes across locations
- Reports status and escalations to leadership
Problem-solving ability, having patience, ablity to get solutions of raised issues from client

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
