Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join Abbydraw Design & Branding Agency. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to generate quality leads, improve conversions, and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and manage campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics like CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Create and test ad copies and creatives
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics / GA4
- Assist in budget management and performance optimization
- Work with design and content teams for ad creatives
- Support A/B testing and campaign improvements
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4 is a plus
- Good communication skills
Preferred
- Interest in performance marketing and advertising
- Internship or project experience in digital marketing is a plus
