Customer Success & Implementation Manager – Real Estate SaaS | Turbhe, Navi Mumbai | 5-7 LPA
Position Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success & Implementation Manager to drive end-to-end implementation, onboarding, adoption, and customer success for our Real Estate CRM & ERP SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end CRM & ERP implementations
- Gather business requirements and map them to product capabilities
- Manage project plans, deployment, UAT, and go-live activities
- Configure workflows, user roles, and business processes
- Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and engagement
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations
- Manage stakeholder communication and project milestones
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and success
Required Skills:
✔ 3+ years of experience in SaaS Implementation, Customer Success, or Project Management
✔ Experience with CRM, ERP, or Real Estate technology solutions
✔ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
✔ Expertise in requirement gathering, workflow design, and process mapping
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred:
- Experience working with Real Estate Developers, Builders, or Property Management companies
- Knowledge of lead management, inventory, bookings, collections, and customer lifecycle processes
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
