This is an exciting opportunity for a talented IT Help Desk Officer to join Buro Happold’s IT team in Mumbai.
We are looking to recruit an IT Helpdesk Officer to be based in the Mumbai. Working in our Global IT Helpdesk Team, you’ll provide remote 1st line IT support to our 3500+ staff based across the world during UK core business hours.

Your next role
-
Work as part of the Helpdesk team to resolve user IT issues.

Continuously develop skills of various software and technologies supported by the team.

Maintain a strong customer focus.
-
Support the day-to-day running of the Helpdesk team
-
Take ownership of ticket resolution within defined SLA’s
-
Ensure technical and process guidance is followed
-
Work with the IT Helpdesk Supervisor to deliver continual service improvement initiatives within the team
Your skills and experience:
-
2+ Years of experience in IT helpdesk
-
Willing to work in UK work hours
-
Software installation and troubleshooting
-
Basic configuration changes in Active Directory and Exchange Online
-
SharePoint and OneDrive
-
Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
-
ITIL Foundation or working knowledge of service management concepts
-
Experience with ERP and HR systems such as VantagePoint and Unit4
-
Experience with Microsoft 365 Defender portal
-
Other IT or Customer Service Experience

Good secondary and/or equivalent education: A Levels, HND/C or degree
-
Industry related qualifications (desirable)
