Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and process billing through the POS system.
- Serve tea, snacks, and other items as per company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter, display shelves, and customer service area.
- Arrange and refill snacks, bakery items, beverages, and other display products.
- Ensure products are properly labelled and displayed attractively.
- Check product quality, freshness, and expiry dates regularly.
- Assist in receiving, counting, and storing stock.
- Inform the Outlet Manager about low stock or damaged items.
- Follow company hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely and escalate when required.
- Maintain teamwork and coordinate with the kitchen and service staff.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager.
- Support promotional activities and upsell menu items to customers.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS billing is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
