Job Requirements
Diploma / B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in Telecom Passive Infrastructure. Strong knowledge of DG, SMPS, Battery Bank, Solar Systems, and Preventive Maintenance. Experience in team handling, customer KPI management, and site operations. Good communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cluster telecom passive operations
. Ensure site uptime, PM compliance, and KPI achievement
. Monitor technician performance and MIS reporting.
Ensure ESH, Solar PM, and Head Office compliance.
Coordinate with customers and field teams for smooth operations. 1
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
