About the Role
TIGERFIRE is looking for a passionate and confident Bartender / Brand Advocate (BA) who has a strong understanding of spirits, cocktails, and the bartending industry.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with bartenders, restaurant and bar teams, customers, and industry professionals. The role involves representing the TIGERFIRE brand, conducting product tastings, supporting events, and building strong relationships within the hospitality and bartending community.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent TIGERFIRE professionally at bars, restaurants, events, and industry activities.
- Conduct product tastings, brand presentations, and cocktail demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bartenders, mixologists, bar managers, and key industry contacts.
- Educate trade partners and bartenders about TIGERFIRE, its product, and its brand story.
- Support brand events, activations, launches, and promotional activities.
- Create and present cocktails using TIGERFIRE in an engaging and professional manner.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support brand-building activities.
- Gather market feedback and share insights on customer and trade preferences.
- Maintain a professional and positive image of the TIGERFIRE brand at all times.
- Travel locally and occasionally as required for events, tastings, and market activities.
What We Expect
- 5–8 years of experience as a Bartender, Mixologist, Brand Ambassador, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, mixology, and bar operations.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- A confident and friendly personality with the ability to engage with people.
- Passion for the hospitality and beverage industry.
- Ability to conduct tastings and product presentations confidently.
- Good networking and relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Willingness to travel for brand activities and events.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gopanpalli, Telangana
